There are not "many ways of organizing!" Fundamentally, there are just two ways of organizing: Alpha ("command & control") and Beta ("decentralized & democratic"). In complexity, Alpha ceases to be effective.

Trying is not enough!
Remember what Yoda says: "Do, or do not. There is no try."

Consider this:
Democracy was not brought about by "trying."
Human rights were not brought about by "trying."

The same goes for organizational and coherent .
We will NEVER get there by just trying. With just pilots, experiments, labs and piecemeal action.
