Our design group has #downsized, some by individual choice & some by corporate edict. We had nearly reached a 4:1 ratio of Devs-to-Designers, which would have opened up time to do proper UX work in support of epics. Now, we are back to ratios from 6 years ago, a stressful time trying to keep pace with weekly sprints.

This position is part #Designer, #BusinessAnalyst, and #ProductOwner. #UX is too often the tradeoff to keep in step with our #agile process. Wondering how others manage it.
