i frequently mock media, & individual peeps, for being so cowardly &/or infantile as to be unable to say "die / dying / dead", so instead they use pathetic euphemisms like "pass / passing / passed"... ffs. just now i remembered another example. heapsa peeps talk about "laying (someone) to rest", alluding to a funeral then burial. jfc. humans are just animals [suck it, skyfairydelusionists!], & all animals cark it, all die, after which, all that's left is a carcass that is deteriorating due to inevitable unavoidable universal entropy. it's not "that person", anymore, they're gone - dead - & "rest" is an irrelevancy to a residual senseless bag of bones & tissue. why are so many supposed adults so infantile in this arena? 🙄🤦‍♀️
