Yesterday, I stopped at a charging station in Mořice. It was probably the best charging experience I've had so far. There were 14 400 kW chargers, sheltered, with a picnic area, and a bistro nearby. I later learned that it had opened just four days ago, and that it is the first charging station in the Czech Republic that also supports electric trucks.

Well done, #EON. This is another sign that #electromobility is gaining momentum here.

Vietnam will ban fossil-fuel motorcycles from central Hanoi over pollution concerns

Anyone who has been to Hanoi HCMC in recent years will wonder how this measure is supposed to work. In these cities and in the countryside, almost everyone rides a motorcycle. In the narrow and crowded streets, it is the only functioning means of transportation. In my opinion, a general ban on this important means of transportation in such a short period of time will not be enforceable. It would probably make more sense to only sell and allow electrically powered motorcycles.
Ultimately, the government in Vietnam will know best how to implement something like this and we in Europe will be amazed again at best and learn.

Navigace pro elektroauto má svá specifika. Kromě obvyklých parametrů totiž musí do plánování trasy zahrnout také zastávky pro nabíjení. Obvykle se o to stará palubní navigace, která má také přístup k datům z auta, ale zrovna naše auto ji nemá a já obecně s navigacemi dodávanými přímo automobilkou nebyl nikdy moc spokojený. Proto jsem se rozhodl vyzkoušet, jak si populární navigace pro mobil dokážou s elektroautem poradit.
