Can Any film fans that might have read this piece, point to the issue it may have appeared in?

There was an article in 90’s Cinefantastique lavishing the original script for Jacobs Ladder, as the ‘best script evah’ that everyone was clamoring to do. The article certainly convinced me!

When I saw the actual film, it seemed so dull and disappointing, relatively.
