I logged into Lingo Legend tonight, and was sailing through my lessons but finding the spellings a bit odd.

I totally forgot that I changed the study language from Italian to Portuguese last night.

I just keep thinking about the presumable Latin roots and rolling with it -- while thinking it was an Italian lesson.

What can I say: I'm tired! 😅

Did you know that in Tibetan (and also in Mongolian), the different strokes of a letter are named after different parts of the body?

The long vertical stroke in the letter ཀ་ is called a "leg" (རྐང་པ་), and the slightly shorter vertical stroke in the letter ཁ་ is called an "arm" (ལག་པ་).
