Well, I made my goal with a week to spare on decline push-ups. Just finished set two a bit ago; got exactly 100. That's 202 on the day! Been working up to 100 in set two since early August. 70th birthday arrives in 10 days.
I had to take a few days off, cause apparently between the pushups, the endless Xmas Music gigs, and probably all the #PS5 #GTARacing I did my wrist an injury.....

A new p.r. today in set one: 106 reps at the current level (35-cm offset at the feet; parallettes for full range of motion). The middle section here is sped up to 9x speed for your entertainment and viewing ease. I will do a second set in the evening. My goal is to hit two sets of 100 or more in a day. I hope to hit that by my 70th birthday in nine weeks.

Well on my way to 100 reps (or more) in each of two sets again, only two short months after moving the bar up to this 35-cm offset at the feet. I turn 70 inside of four months, but the current goal should fall before then! You will feel these! The full ROM thanks to the parallettes ensures the best challenge and steers you to good form. Make declines an integral part of your calisthenics regimen!

The new 35-cm offset at the feet is a challenge. This is my fourth week at this level. (I do declines on Sundays.) I upped the ante after hitting my goal of two sets of 100 or more at a 29½-cm offset. So, the challenge continues. I turn 70 four months from today. I think I'll have two sets of 100 or more of these before then.
The parallettes add range of motion and make things tougher still. Try 'em! You'll feel the burn.

Now at 35 cm offset, since I made my long-term goal last Sunday of 100+ in each of two sets at 29½ cm. That's 19% more offset. Much harder. I got to 60 reps. I'll do a second set now.
- #Sleep well. Like maybe 10 hours if need without feeling guilty. Makes a huge difference in your #energy. Everyone is built differently.
- Make a biweekly #calendar for college
- Don’t worry about not hanging out or spending a lot of time indoors.

103 decline push-ups @ 69
It's another new p.r., and I visualized it during the night. Two more sets will come this evening as I ramp up to two sets of 100 or more (29½-cm offset; parallettes for fuller ROM). Times to decile counts were also records. I've squished the vast middle down with sped-up video to keep it watchworthy and get 8½ minutes down to 2¼. The start and end are normal speed to aid form assessment.
