I was reading a #baseball article this morning when I came across this gem of life advice, something we can all benefit from, courtesy of Sergio Romo.

Not everything about you needs to be fixed.

Modern self-improvement culture often assumes we’re all broken projects that need constant optimisation.

But sometimes the thing you’re trying to “fix” is just… part of being human.

Maybe the goal isn’t endless improvement, but learning to live with yourself a little more gently.
