It uses blockchain to store identity and content mapping and uses ipfs to store content itself. Between them, there is gonna be federated network of nodes, which matches mappings from blockchain and content from ipfs and provides a quick access. So you could use any node without risk that admin will ban you from network. Solves #nomadicidentity issue
