Sinds een paar weken gebruik ik de app Visible. @longcovid ’s Morgens geef ik erop aan hoe ik heb geslapen, dan leg ik mijn wijsvinger een minuut op de camera en krijg ik de uitslag tussen 1 (slecht) of 5 + de tip van die dag. Pacen of tussendoor wat doen. Ik kom meer in balans en ik slaap beter. Overdag ben ik ook rustiger. \0/

Every (almost) year, I do an adopt-a-family for Christmas. It's not perfect, but it's what I can do. This year, I have 21 families in need of help (adding a few more to this post today). All of them have been affected by long COVID. They have anonymous Amazon wish lists set up. Anyone from anywhere can help make their Christmas brighter!

I had asked for a continuance at my first court date. New date is Thu Dec 7. I'm still quite a bit short, but if I can pay it all, it will be dismissed. I have other places I can go if i do end up losing my apartment. But I would rather stay housed.
