@frefra Hij is wel lekker hoog, ik meen 1,5 meter. Maar de bouw lijkt mij wel wat eentonig en repetitief. Eerst maar even afwachten tot de bouwbeschrijving beschikbaar is.

Na in Jorwert en Leeuwarden de voetsporen van Slauerhoff gevolgd te hebben waren wij afgelopen weekend op Vlieland. Hier ook veel herinneringen, o.a. een wandeling langs gedichten en het huis van zijn tante waar hij regelmatig verbleef.

My profile pic is two banded woodpecker chicks. This pic was taken as they were eagerly awaiting a feed from the adult female. Tragically, just prior to fledging, the nest was attacked by another bird species; one chick perished in the water below the nest tree, the second made it to a low perch nearby where it was eventually found by the parents. #birds #birdphotography #birding #NaturePhotography #woodpecker
