A suspicious computer crash has me frantically making MORE backups, just in case.
How the hell do I get #Ubuntu to just default to "Skip All" every time it chokes on symlinks, big files, etc??
Nothing like queueing up a big file copy to run over night, only to find it's paused to ask what to do. 😫

audiowaveform is a C++ command-line application that generates waveform data from either MP3, WAV, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, or Opus format audio files. Waveform data can be used to produce a visual rendering of the audio.

Overdue housekeeping on my laptop:
* Backup files to the portable hard drive I keep at my mom's house
* Install latest Long Term Support version of #Ubuntu #Linux. The one from February this year is named Noble Numbat!
This will gain me a lot of disk space too since the old installation was full of software I don't need but couldn't delete because it wasn't apparent what packages supported what apps.
