- osoba, która będzie chciała poskarżyć się na działanie systemu AI, będzie musiała znać jego nazwę - to może być trudne, np. gdy instytucja publiczna kupi system od prywatnej firmy i na pytanie o jego nazwę powie, że nie powie, bo tajemnica handlowa.
