Suppose I’m sticking with #AppleMail for the time being. I already knew that creating a rule on mail doesn’t trigger for mail that’s already arrived BUT I’ve learned that if I make a rule retroactively and then use this “apply rules” feature (which I looked for the first time round but didn’t find for some reason), then I can force it to fire and that seems to work.
Wait... why is the send button all the way up at the top right on Apple Mail?! Is it lost?

Similar to copying/moving messages in #ClawsMail, which I've been using as my #GUI IMAP client under #OpenBSD this year. In turn, it reminds me of @atow's excellent #MsgFiler extention for #AppleMail, which I used for years under #MacOSX (these days, #macOS).

When I attach a document to a mail message, I always want to display it as an icon, no matter the number of pages. Always. Always, without question. Always.
Either do the right thing by always displaying each attached file as an icon — or give me a setting to control it.

I was feeling a little sad about AppleScript not getting the attention it deserved, but after trying to set up a workaround for Apple Mail not supporting automated forwarding for emails with attachments, I’m not exactly in love with it. 🫤
Also, I question the correctness of items in Mail’s dictionary (one of which seems like a lie 😅😭).

A partir de iOS 18.2, Mail de Apple organiza tu correo en categorías: Principal, Transacciones, Actualizaciones y Promociones. Puedes configurarlas, recategorizar remitentes o desactivar la función fácilmente desde el menú. Así mantienes tu bandeja ordenada y eficiente.#AppleMail
