Boo. The new neighbours are removing this magnificent beech #tree

I get it - they get no sun whatsover in their garden past about 10am during the Summer. And they're also removing the dreadful #ArtificialGrass that the previous people put in because nothing grows under the tree and planting wild flowers. So it's not all bad.

A deep dive reading the 539 page review report on design, use and impacts of synthetic turf in public open spaces by the NSW Office of the Chief Scientist and Engineer. 77 pages of report based on 462 pages of scientific assessment and responses in 19 appendices.
