New tumblr post- and the last one for Dragon Quest VI! I finished the game yesterday. While I do love these DS remakes and the added content for mobile, playing it on emulated Android was a drag... but I should be on other consoles for the rest of the series!

Does anyone know how to make #Gemini or #ChatGPT work with #bluestacks #Android #Emulator ? Gemini works except for the voice synthesis. ChatGPT refuses to login, because of some missing google play services or something.
Voice synthesis in general doesn't seem to work in any app on bluestack i have tried.
Seemingly, they've added a crap AI assistant to BlueStacks 5 since I last updated it. Ugh. I asked her, "How do I disable Ana AI?" to which she replied that I should go to Settings. I'd already looked. I asked for more specifics and she told me how to open settings, insisting there was an option. There isn't. So I'll just download an older version!

It occurred to me tonight that, since #DanMemo has gone End of Service, the main reason why my PC stayed booted in #Windows 11 all the time was so I can use #BlueStacks to have six instances running simultaneously and sync them to one mouse, to run 6 accounts in DanMemo.
Since that is no longer possible, I rebooted into #Linux Mint 21, ran apt-get update and apt-get upgrade, made sure old kernels were cleaned off the system, and I'm going to see how long I can go before I reboot into Windows.
