who's up for arm balances and calisthenics?
i plan series of workouts but can't decide which topic to work on first - six pack, arm balances, L-sit and lolasana or yoga style flows for strength. or something else.
i'm thinking maybe to combine L-sit, lolasana, six pack and few of arm balances as lolasana and L-sit are actually arm balances too.

(the video is my past Instagram reel, but as i got sick of fighting with algorithms and wasting time to scroll unwanted stuff, i don't use Instagram and fb anymore, i like Mastodon a lot more)
