True story and poll time... I learned about #breathwork and #yoga at an early age (12 or 13?) from reading books ('cuz, no internet). One of the things I learned how to do is control my diaphragm muscle (as well as my heartbeat and blood pressure to a lesser degree). Anyhow, the point is, I learned to stop hiccups. Even when I was inebriated. So, am I alone in this? My inner #Vulcan needs to know!
