I say that I prefer #computer over a fancy MIDI #controller for #MIDI manipulations but then spend two days in a nightmare of #programming MIDI continuous controller lines and reminding myself how bad is the conventional #DAW environment for even slightly advanced MIDI work. And by advanced I mean anything beyond rudimentary drag'n'drop #note inserts into piano roll and drawing #CC lines for setting note velocity. That's probably the reason for €656.- MIDI controller to exist.

Much work remains to determine how to draft a “source code provision” for non-software. Copyleft-next hopes to get there eventually. Maybe #CreativeCommons could help!
