The pro capitalists are wannabe pirates. They want looting and pillaging to be legalized, so they don't need to risk getting arrested. The reason I prefer strong user rights being protected by copyleft software licenses like the GPL protections Linux provides instead of the nonexistent protections that BSD licenses provide, are because the GPL allows pirates to break the law and be pirates, as pirates should, but copyleft also restricts capitalists from legally looting and pillaging the working class.
