I just don't get online companies who won't send tracking numbers or order updates. Most will kindly provide it automatically, others if it is requested, but Allen's Naturally has NEVER complied. It wouldn't be an issue if I had sent it to my PO Box or if an item wasn't in serious need, but c'mon I've already asked both when I ordered and by email- still nothing. I may start looking for places that carry their products instead of ordering through them. #customerservicefail
