Ok I don't know a better place than #Defaidodon to ask this .. Getting close to shearing time we'll have sacks of wool this time I plan to wash the wool, dry it and use it to fill some pillows. But I am having difficulties in finding a #wool #detergent for hand wash that is : 1. Unscented 2. NOT irritant for the eyes .. maybe pure Marsilia Soap or what ? I plan to wash some wool by hand in the bathtub, put it into a drier sack, dry it and use it to fill some pillows. Any suggestions appreciated!

I'm trying for the first time a type of dry laundry detergent that comes in sheets.
For reference, I've put my old jug of laundry detergent next to my new little box, and took a picture. The jug says 90-something loads on it. The box says 300.... but that's if you do half-loads. It is really 150 full loads. (In my search, I found that all manufacturers of sheet detergent give half-load figures.) The box is cheaper than the jug, per load.
I also have a picture of the sheet, strategically placed where the water enters the washer when I run a cycle.
I'll keep you updated on how I like it.
