Challenge accomplished! Managed to get the high score in Devil's Crush MD for #Famicon. Don't mind me getting all places, some others played too, but this was right after it was turned on in the morning and scores were reset.

Pokémon rouge is over, and I think I want to play something else than pokémon since I'll probably get back to jaune at #FamiCON
Still want to continue Lorf of Arcana, no changes there, but I want to spread playtime with another game.
Need for Speed Most Wanted is getting quite hard and frustrating where I'm at. So I think I'll continue it at my own pace. And I'll finish it when I'll finish it that's it.

Last weekend @horniger showed me his #FamiClone consoles and I found out there are cartrdiges with 2 different #BASIC dialects for it. So I bought one from ebay (https://www.ebay.de/itm/356213373397) for a few Euros - and here we are: G-BASIC and F-BASIC ... and a keyboard that bounces like hell! 😂

Came across this game called Life Force (1986) and the solar flares seem really impressive for the system. Also the solar activity in general and the way the missiles follow the contours... seems way above average
The strange thing is that the Goonies never had an official NES cartridge released in the US. The Famicon (left), however, did have a release. I got curious and had to purchase the NES cartridge (right) and investigate further 🤔

Hey, #Famicon is happening again soon (14.-16. March) in Dachsen, Switzerland. It's a small little gaming convention, join for some pure fun in retro and other gaming. There'll likely be a whole lot of different consoles put up, a lot of retro ones, some modern ones and also more exotic consoles. And people can bring along their own systems too to play together.

Apparently, Super Dodge Ball was very cherished in #japan during the #famicon #nes era. Technos indeed made something remarkable, not just for them, but for us as well in the west.
Music programmers and developers at that time, were legends, indeed.
