Funny how local radio started talking about a study that came out saying that apparently folks that workout 3-4 hours before they go to sleep turn out having trouble sleeping. They went on to rationalize that that is probably the only other opportunity people get to workout during the week but immediately in my mind, my first thought was "only because of capitalism". If capitalism didn't demand people to be working for their survival at a fixed location all the time, people wouldn't be stuck in this hopeless situation of trying to stuff everything into their day. You never realize how much of a Caucasian American bubble you live in when you encounter people from different cultures. I used to think my name was very generic until people from different countries asked how my name is pronounced.

The most common name in the world is Mohammad, not John, Joshua, or Jacob. America only holds 5% of the world's population, yet we have some of the worst racists insisting that white is the superior race. They go on and on about a Great Replacement, but 60% of the world is Asian and has been that way for centuries. But when have racists been known to actually have credible theories about race?
