To, že běžná domácnost v Česku zaplatí kvůli zbrusu novým daním jménem povolenky pro domácnost 83 000 Kč ročně navíc, není žádná "horní mez odhadů". Je to naopak "průměr průměrů" projekcí hned několika odborných studií, na nichž dohromady pracovala docela dlouhá řádka vědců, včetně těch financovaných německou vládou.

Pokud má mít systém emisních povolenek pro domácnost smysl z hlediska plnění Green Dealu #EU, musí do roku 2030 stát jedna taková povolenka zhruba 260 eur.

Pokud tolik stát nebude, nebude plněn #GreenDeal a z toho hlediska pak je otázkou, proč nákladný systém povolenek pro domácnost vůbec zavádět.

Totiž buď tedy bude povolenka pro domácnost dostatečně drahá, za alespoň 260 eur v roce 2030, nebo je systém celého obchodování s nimi zbytečně drahý, vlastně zcela zbytečný. Pak jej ale nemá smysl vůbec zavádět.

Výše uvedená cena 260 eur za povolenku přitom není žádná "extrémní horní mez", nýbrž "průměr průměrů". Tolik musí povolenka pro domácnost stát, aby lidé v EU nasadili takové tempo dekarbonizace, že se uhlíková neutralita stihne k roku 2050. To je onen vlastní smysl Green Dealu.

Pokud bude povolenka levnější než 260 eur, lidé nebudou dostatečně odrazováni od využívání aut se spalovacími motory či vytápění uhlím nebo plynem, takže dekarbonizace nebude probíhat dostatečně rychle, aby se uhlíková neutralita stihla do roku 2050.

@torpedowiec W pierwszej kwestii pełna zgoda. Biurokracja i sztywność wymagań narzucanych na rolników jest często niewiarygodna. Często ociera się o groteskę.

Sęk w tym, że niektóre z obostrzeń i wymogów nie są zapisane przez UE, lecz wynikają z decyzji i "inwencji" polskich decydentów. Mówiło o tym niedawno komisarz Wojciechowski i się z nim w tej sprawie zgadzam.

Pozostała druga kwestia: uciążliwości i negatywnych skutków ekonomicznych, jakie mają wymogi UE mających na celu ochronę bioróżnorodności i walkę ze zmianami klimatycznymi. Tutaj mam problem. Bo jako rolnik ekologiczny uważam ochronę bioróżnorodności i ograniczanie zmian klimatycznych za kwestię najwyższej wagi. Bez przyrody niczego nie będzie. Amen.

Natomiast prawdą jest, że poświęcenia w sprawie bioróżnorodności i zmian klimatycznych, które UE narzuca rolnikom, są o wiele większe niż ograniczenia dla innych grup społecznych. To jest - moim zdaniem - po prostu niesprawiedliwe.
