LOL. A plugin(?) I use with X-Plane 12 crashed to desktop as I turned on to the localizer. I'm also using a beta version of X-Plane 12. So who knows. Ah well. T'was a good flight in any case #FlightSim #XPlane12

I found a little magic value in the code that made terrain chunking unnecessary 😅 Luck for me, as the implementation of chunks already caused some weird glitches and tiling issues. The water looks better now, I added a hospital as a landing pad and a spawn button to spawn the scene. It'll be part of the start menu. 🏗️

Good sim flight from SFO to Seattle Intl, though when I filed my flight plan, Departure claimed the HAWKZ standard arrival didn't exist. I just went along with it. Seattle got it straight once I neared Portland and nicely vectored me in to HAWKZ and ILS for 16L. First screen cap is departing SFO via NIITE and second is landing at SEA #XPlane12 #FlightSim

@Av8rdan, I accepted your cure against daily politics and - after a longer break - I jumped into my Zenith CH STOL 701 aircraft in the sim and flown some patters and a short #VFR route into the sunset in centre #Hungary: LHBS - LHGR. No autopilot, I control the plane in every seconds.

As there will be general elections in April and the campaign is very nasty, I will possibly escape to #flightsim frequently during the next weeks.
