UU. necesita imperiosamente (nunca mejor dicho) el petróleo pesado venezolano para mezclar con el ultraligero que obtienen en suelo yanqui mediante el #fracking para poder así destilar gasóleo y otros derivados. Sin él, es casi como si no tuvieran petróleo, porque no les sirve para mover maquinaria.
