GovStack has released a version 1.0 of the GovStack Framework.

The Framework is a guide for governments and their institutions for onboarding digital services and interconnecting them - and it's a promising boost for Open Source (which in this context is often called Digital Public Goods).

Pieces are falling into place. Those pieces are called "Building Blocks" and there are now 9 specifications of how such components should interact.
