The hose is wrapped around the holder several times, and the hose is a bright orangey red color.

The holder is made of plastic, a kind of gray-lavender color, and it’s an odd wide shape, kind of creating an ovoid curve that the coils of hose lay across. That surface comes out from the wall, and for not-really-clear reasons the outward edge has a flat face with distinctive cutouts and curvy shapes.
There are two cutouts at the top that almost meet in the middle with triangular curves that also have narrower parts stretching downward and to the sides. Below those a bigger ovoid shape is curved at a soft point at the top, with a flat edge at the bottom, all centered below the two upper holes.

The whole thing looks like a weird froggy face, with drooping eyes and a gaping mouth. And it conveys a look of moaning despair, somehow akin to the horror in the face in the painting ‘The Scream’.

Searching deep today as it feels the world is imploding... So here we go!

1. Going for a root canal in an hour. This should fix the pain I've had in my jaw so fingers crossed it works! (Definitely looking on the bright side as I'm super nervous about the actual procedure)

2. I recently discovered #solorpgs. I've been trying to find something to fill in a void between #dnd sessions so hopefully that will help!

3. I found some ways to minimize our taxes this year in our return. So I'm thrilled because I'm pretty much on the path of 'fuck the government' at this point.

I'm hoping to continue finding some community here as I've been enjoying seeing everyone's posts!

People born in the 1900s have a quite coherent shared sense of reality because of the shared media experiences we had.

Much of the present world is inexplicable when measured against this shared understanding.

I’m seeing more awareness in the public sphere (social media posts, content, memes) that people are getting the consequences of a fragmented information sphere yielding fragmented realities.

This is a big part of why it feels like everything is changing at once.
