I'm looking for an easy way to subscribe to an .ics URL from an #Android phone - I've given #ICSx5 a try but I don't see the events showing up in my calendar, @davx5app is it supposed to be transparent ? The URL I'm subscribing to is https://mobilizon.it/@elifinquartet/feed/ics - it is shown in ICSx5 but not in the stock calendar app

Need help from nextcloud experts:
I set up nextcloud on my pc (win 10) and android and have imported my g-calendar into nextcloud.
My wife and I want to share each other's nextcloud calendars. Tried that with DAVx5 and ICSx5 (worked fine for our individual calendars).
We used the "share subscription link" option.
I can see my wife's webcal in DAVx5 but every time I try to subsribe to it I get this error message:
"Received redirect from https to http"
It might have to with our router. The newest software uses IPV6 and that seems to have issues with https redirects.
We use a fritzbox (don't if that helps as it's a German router) and use our own wifi network.
The calendar app we're trying to sync our calendars with is called fossify (from froid).
How can I fix this?

And everyone already knows about
@nextcloud, right?
I use #DAVx5 to retrieve #CalDAV enabled calendars (eg. on my own server running @nextcloud ) and #ICSx5 for other read-only calendars, eg. Google or MeetUp[*]. Both sync seamlessly with the native Android calendar, or other calendar apps such as #Etar.
I'm pretty sure the DAVx5/ICSx5 and Etar developers are in the Fediverse, but search is so awful...
[*] I haven't used MeetUp in years, it's just an example.
OK, I'm trying out the #Etar calendar.
Flawless import of my Android calendar settings, including all the @davx5app and #ICSx5 links. And it's prettier! Haven't used the new functionality of .ics exports yet, although I'm getting an error when trying to save an event to the SD card.
Too bad The Etar Group isn't in the Fediverse.
@liaizon Calendar app? Now that's a can of worms...
I use the vanilla calendar app that comes bundled with Android, but what makes it usable is @davx5app connected to my @nextcloud, and #ICSx5 to pick up other miscellaneous calendars, including public calendars from Google.

@JanBittner Mit #iCSx5 geht das. Brauchst aber eine der üblichen Kalender-Apps, um den entsprechenden Kalender dort anzuzeigen (z. B. #Etar oder #SimpleCalendar): https://icsx5.bitfire.at/
Also eigentlich verwendet man #DAVx5 um nicht mit Google synchen zu müssen. Bei mir wird der Kalender mit meiner #Nextcloud abgeglichen die auch #Kontakte und #Aufgaben kann.
Andere (öffentliche) Kalender u.a. von Google habe ich mit #ICSx5 eingebunden.
Die Darstellung des Kalenders über nimmt dann #SimpleCalendarPro 📅

I prefer #remind for my work shedule - it is very convenient for creating any timetables. You can keep your shedule in plaintext, can create sofisticated events (odd/even weeks, for example). And it's much more simple to do when put every event into #GoogleCalendar. But remind badly connects with #android phone calendar (#etar in my case).
Today just connect #fdroid powered toolchain:
#remind -> #rem2ics -> #syncthing -> #ICSx5 -> #Etar
Works like charm.
