Meine Versuche #todoist durch eine #foss Lösung "aus einem Guss" zu ersetzen, waren nicht erfolgreich. #joplin ist kein Ersatz, es fehlt im Detail sowohl auf Desktop, als auch smartphone an Funktionalität. Das gilt auch für die vielen #opensource #Taskplaner.

Mein neuer Ansatz:

• Mailpostfach mit Kalender & Aufgaben (DSGVO konform & verschlüsselt)
• caldav für #Synchronisation
• #Evolution auf dem Desktop
• #OXTasks & #simplecalendar auf dem phone incl. widgets

Läuft gut, ist aber komplex.

I use tasks.org + Nextcloud + DavX5 + SimpleCalendar pro.

When creating a task, choose the "Add to calendar" option near the bottom, then when SimpleCalendar updates (set up in the CalDav options. You can also refresh manually with a downwards gesture) the task appears in the calendar. You have to choose the option in Tasks when creating it though (unless you change the task creation default).

@brunomiguel #simplecalendar is sufficient for my purposes. It's opensource, syncs via caldav to my nextcloud, which is all I need.

@JanBittner Mit #iCSx5 geht das. Brauchst aber eine der üblichen Kalender-Apps, um den entsprechenden Kalender dort anzuzeigen (z. B. #Etar oder #SimpleCalendar): https://icsx5.bitfire.at/

I just switched between my #foss #android #calendar apps: From #etar to #SimpleCalendar. SimpleCalendar is much better so far.

One particular annoying thing in etar: the week-view always just shows around 3 - 4 hours at a time, so if you want to see the entire days (let's say from 08:00 - 22:00) you need to scroll up and down quite a bit. Also, for some reason etar often focused on hours in the middle of the night, say from 03:00 - 06:30.

@witty_Ben guck mal ob du hier im Userforum-Thema dazu Tipps findest... Bei mir, ebenfalls mit #davdroid und #simplecalendar konnte ich das nicht nachvollziehen, bisher sind die Termine alle richtig. https://userforum.mailbox.org/topic/caldav-sync-fehler-termine-teilweise-um-eine-stunde-falsch

Ich bin aktuell etwas ratlos bei meinem #kalender unter #Android
Ich nutze die Versionen von #fdroid von #simplecalendar und #davdroid um meinen Kalender auf #mailbox.org zu bearbeiten.
Wenn ich allerdings in Android einen Termin anlege und abspeicher, wird er beim Synchronisieren immer um eine Stunde nach hinten geschoben.
Die Zeitzonen stimmen aber und soweit ich das sagen kann, gibt es das Problem nicht, wenn ich den Termin direkt bei mailbox.org eingebe... :think_bread:
