An effect I am working on for targeting. Previously, enemies were always dithered in the back row and never in the front row. Now, targeted enemies have dithering removed and all others show as dithered. This should improve visibility when targeting the back row, as these can sometimes be obscured by the front.

I was originally going to just swap dithering between the entire front and back row, but I did it this way by accident, and it's probably better.

Just pushed my (hopefully) final update to the Minerva Labyrinth demo before Next Fest, in which I overhauled all of the music, replaced some bad SFX, and improved the overall mixing (plus another round of assorted bug fixes, as usual). I am a lot happier with my audio now, so I really wanted to get the updates in for Next Fest.

I'm about as ready for Next Fest as I can be, I guess. Hopefully nothing critical comes up.

Minerva Labyrinth is now 100% playable from beginning to end. Now I just have to continue polishing, do more playtesting, and (by far the hardest part) fill in a few missing music tracks.

I survived my own final dungeon and made it to the boss, which I am now tuning to be actually beatable. The dungeon needs a few more tweaks, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with it.

One thing that I didn't expect was that I hit my tentative level cap pretty easily, when I had expected to finish a level or two below it. I may bump up both the level cap and some of the final enemies.

Just released my eighth (!!) update for the Minerva Labyrinth demo. In the interest of stability, I am going to try to resist pushing any additional feature work or low-priority fixes until after Next Fest. It feels like there is always more I can do to improve it, but some things need more time and thought, anyway. Plus, I still have lots of playtesting to do.

I'm earlier than usual to #ScreenshotSaturday with a small visual effect that I've been wanting to add for ages. Your party's portraits will now sparkle when you transform into or out of combat mode (mainly when entering or leaving dungeons).
