An effect I am working on for targeting. Previously, enemies were always dithered in the back row and never in the front row. Now, targeted enemies have dithering removed and all others show as dithered. This should improve visibility when targeting the back row, as these can sometimes be obscured by the front.
I was originally going to just swap dithering between the entire front and back row, but I did it this way by accident, and it's probably better.
