I live in regret. This past week I restocked on longer lasting treats for my girl. She loves sheep horns so I got a couple of those and threw in a couple of yak cheese chews to see how she likes them. I'm always on the hunt for things she can't swallow whole in 10 minutes. Yesterday I opened the yak chews. OMG!! Doggie joy!! So excited she was! And the one I gave her lasted an hour...maybe more. Today however, the humans are sad. So yesterday after using the Gym for a while I decided to try the gyms hybrid tanning bed. It was supposed to be a combination of UV for tanning and Red light therapy which has some benifit for some skin issues.

I was hoping the combination would help with the swelling and discoloration of my right leg where I broke it back in '22.

I was on there for 10 Minutes... This is where the mistake was made.

I have spent YEARS avoiding most sunlight. Even in Summer I mostly wear long sturdy pants that don't let much if any sun through.

I am unfortunately suffering from a sunburn today.

It's uncomfortable, and frankly I will not be doing this again until I ha e recovered from this mistake.

And even then it's 3 minutes max.

It's not fun today.

The internet convinced me to buy flies for my pet frogs. It was not a good idea. My frogs are too intellectually challenged and privileged to hunt anything. Now the flies have escaped and are literally everywhere. My cat is slightly more competent but he hasn't caught any either.
