Dans l'animation, les heures sup sont payés au mois et elles sont comptées en fonction du temps hebdomadaire.
Donc là c'est galère avec les moyens du bord. On se dit qu'un truc numérique pourrait aidé

#VAT is a very bad tax for poor people. It looks like a flat tax proportionate to purchases. But it's flat in proportion to expenses, not to income. Everyone needs all the basics - food, clothing, shelter, water, power - and poor people must pay the same as rich people.

Progressive taxes, such as #PAYE, are just better. #CGT affects only people with capital, so that's good too. I know that the rich put huge resources into dodging these, but the government can't just give up on stopping that. That's no excuse at all. SARS must enforce and collect, it's their job.

I can't access my PAYE records on Gov Gateway because of an "MCI" on my account (it's been there for over a year). Can't get through on the phone so I wrote. Almost 7 weeks later,

"'you are unable to access your Gateway account as you have duplicate records. Until these records have been merged you will be unable to access your Gateway."

That's it. Who's going to do this? Is anyone going to do this? Hello?

This is a weird one.
HMRC are basically asking us to lie to them about December pay. Recording a different pay day than the actual pay day, because it could impact people on universal credit. That sounds like a very broken system.
It is also a tad unclear as they talk of normal or contractual pay day. We “normally” and “contractually” pay staff a week early in December. So I am not clear what they want me to put on RTI!
