From last #pushday doing the incline #benchpress in an long-length-partial way.
That means emphasizing the half of the #exercise in that the #muscle is stretched and not wasting time with the second half 😀
Currently I implement one of such exercises into all my #training days. But still doing the negative #movent slow and controlled while keeping the eccentric fast and #powerful
You can see how it get harder with each set.

After the surprisingly good performance on the #pullups last #pullday now again a big downer on today's #pushday
Failing at 85kg #benchpress was not something I was expecting, but I wasn't able to focus. Too much thoughts about current #political Situation in Germany and the world... At least focus came back on the lighter #exercise later in #training
