It would be cool if every game would come with some compilation of the funniest or most dire bugs, published after release. Kind of like a game version of "bloopers/outtakes" from movies. Maybe it would give players a better understanding about how QA and bug fixing etc. works and lower the amount of "Well these lazy assholes should have tested that game before releasing it, what a broken mess!" comments that appear as soon as anyone spots a somewhat minor or niche thing.
No buddy, the devs didn't skip QA. They didn't fix your small translation or clipping error right away because they were busy with the final boss looking like it exploded all over the room and the game crashing after being afk for 10 minutes.
If your axe floating in narnia instead of staying on your character's back, or an apple item being named "pasta", is the biggest issue you have seen so far, it means the QA did a great job.
