Growing a team sounds great—until it actually happens. Stuff breaks, systems collapse, people get tired. But if you stay curious and let go of needing to control everything, growth becomes less painful. You just gotta adjust.

Today I opened an Ableton set from 2014 I thought I’d lost. Joy in a pleasant surprise was soon gone as I saw what a state the set was in. Like seriously in such disarray I couldn’t figure out what was where and when. Yet this set was used live and on my first ep. So I’ve obviously learned some things since then which is nice.
