@natureworks I tried installing f-droid, :( needs android 4.4 and I have 4.04 :( @Ganga is right, it really isn't worth the time I've already put into trying to get it to go. I just can't bear to think about all that hardware in such perfect condition going to trash. It's brought it really home to me in a very visceral way, how much tech waste we produce. #techwaste

I still believe that an SSD (although awesome to have) is not as "required" as most people would like you to believe.

That said...

I'm playing with fire by updating my Jellyfin Server right before loadshedding.
If something goes wrong I'll remove the SUPER slow 160GB HDD and replace it with a 128GB SSD I have lying around here.

Still can't believe people paid so much a few years back for these 128GB SSD's and now they get thrown away like USB 2.0 Memory Sticks. #TechWaste
