Au pied de l’ancien palais épiscopal de la Berbie à Albi (XIIIe siècle), plutôt massif, s’étend un jardin à la française (du XVIIe) nettement plus délicat. C’est d’ailleurs un curieux aménagement paysager, avec des topiaires sophistiquées dessinant sur du gravier blanc des motifs qui frisent le labyrinthe (gardener for scale, on ne risque toutefois pas de s’y perdre). Il est classé “jardin remarquable”, ehui. Mars 2022.
