Unless you include humans, the answer to that one is a resounding no. No one has any pets. Also, in this WIP, cats and dogs (or other animals) aren’t afraid of vampires or werewolves. I wanted to make this original universe different from the typical “vampire” or “werewolf” stories. So, no, no issues with animals — even though other creatures are most certainly aware of what they are or that they’re different.

If she never came home, he would have gone on with his life, would have been as miserable and as grumpy as usual, would have kept writing, Hati would have been his best friend (which she remains to be), and that's that. But Fenella returned, and his life turned upside down. Love lost was love returned to him again.

Charley is on the run from the biker gang he works for because they think he killed one of their members. When Charley runs across a country lane trying to escape his pursuers, he’s nearly run over by Luc. The slightly older Luc is instantly attracted to Charley, so he offers to help. The two end up on a road trip, taking them to unexpected places, both metaphorically and physically.

“Fang’d” definitely hooks you in from the very start with the dramatic meeting between the two main characters and the urgency of being on the run. It keeps you reading once the characters begin learning about each other. In Charley’s case, he’s also learning some things about himself that radically changes his worldview.

Just finished Wolfsong by TJ Klune (the german translation of it) and I absolutely love this book! It's definitely one of my favourites! 📖
It is gay. It has werewolves. And it is very well written. I was very invested into the story while I was reading.
Really liked the way the pack mentality works! And the main character was actually very relatable in his actions which I usually miss in first person narratives.

I am quite fond of how well the story is told not only through action but by the words and sentences themselves!
But I strongly recommend you check the book out for yourself!
