The Palestinian Community of #Catalonia (Comunidad Palestina de Catalunya-Tierra Santa) filed a legal complaint against the ship alleging contraband, requesting the judge to confiscate the steel cargo. A judge rejected the request to confiscate the cargo, stating she did not see urgent reasons despite the shipâs scheduled Tuesday departure.
[âŠ] Among the documents that the Palestinian group has submitted to the judge is a report from the Ministry of Economy on defense exports which indicates that the Government âhas not authorized shipments of defense material or dual-use technology destined for Israelâ.
