GAC México se suma a la EMA para impulsar la electromovilidad
La participación de GAC México en la EMA refuerza el trabajo conjunto para acelerar la adopción de vehículos eléctricos, el desarrollo de infraestructura.

En un movimiento estratégico para fortalecer el desarrollo de la electromovilidad en el país, GAC México, a través de su marca 100% eléctrica AION, formalizó su incorporación a la Electro Movilidad Asociación (EMA), con el objetivo de impulsar y promover la adopción de vehículos eléctricos y tecnologías de bajas emisiones en México.
Con esta incorporación, GAC México amplía su participación en el ecosistema de electromovilidad del país, aportando su experiencia global en electrificación y desarrollo tecnológico para fortalecer el crecimiento del mercado de vehículos eléctricos.
“En EMA celebramos la incorporación de GAC a nuestra asociación. Su visión de largo plazo, su apuesta por tecnologías de nueva generación y su presencia creciente en México contribuirán de manera significativa a acelerar la adopción de vehículos eléctricos e híbridos conectables, que hoy ronda en las 200,000 unidades, y a fortalecer el ecosistema de electromovilidad en el país”, señaló Eugenio Grandio, presidente de la EMA.
Desde su llegada al país hace dos años, GAC México ha impulsado una estrategia de electrificación encabezada por AION, su marca 100% eléctrica, que ha superado el millón de vehículos vendidos a nivel global, se posiciona entre las marcas con mayor volumen de ventas de EV en China y ha sido reconocida como la marca número uno en satisfacción del cliente en su mercado de origen. En el mercado mexicano, AION comercializa actualmente tres modelos 100% eléctricos —AION Y, AION ES y la incorporación más reciente, AION UT—, con los que fortalece su oferta y su crecimiento en el país. –sn–

The principles are quite general and hopefully quite universally agreed upon, more detailed guidance will follow.
