Let's geolocate this... A little bit of squinting and I did a search for "Singh Construction", with no matches... but then found an exact logo match to Singh Contracting Group in Colorado Springs. So, we're now talking an accident in Colorado Springs. (Update: Montana!)

..we were able to identify several individuals. This was made possible, among other things, by the so-called Mobile Advertising ID, which is a unique identifier for the online advertising industry that Google and Apple automatically assign to each phone.
Each location in our data sets is linked to such an ID. This allows loose data points to be combined to form detailed movement profiles.

Version 2.0 of my pet geolocation by light #rstats project {skytrackr} is out (but not on CRAN yet). Now including movement during diurnal project on a constant bearing, improved (progress) mapping and it now retains configuration details in the final output (for reproducibility).

I had no idea where this was, but this was the key. In this frame you can see a "BRYSON" on a building. I assumed a hotel or apartments, and up comes the "BRYSON APARTMENTS" in Los Angeles. So, that pretty much localized the neighborhood and corner... just had to figure out where exactly. Then, you can see an LA (blue) street sign and if you blow it up on this scene here you see "6th street". Those buildings have all changed!
