My wife has a laptop with 32GB RAM and her #GoogleChrome freezes the whole system every new tab. The tab shows quickly, then 2-3 seconds later Chrome goes into "Chrome is not responding" mode for up 10 seconds. Windows Defender says no malware. We removed a few Chrome Extensions and disabled the rest, but no change. Edge seems to not have issues, but my wife is still learning to save passwords into ProtonPass and not the browser, so a transition to any other browser would be painful. Any tips?

e.g. my bank has a painful 2 click process per month to download monthly statements which I need for taxes. I could just ask the Claude Chrome extension to go through all the bank documents pages and download the ones I need. It is slow, but I can let it work on its own without supervision
There are so many cases - a proper amazon product review - open multiple products in the same tab grp and ask Claude to do a deep comparison, etc.
