I've finished 3 of the 4 endings of Silksong on GoG a week ago and really wanted to play more.
So I started to play the Family Library copy of a Family Member on Steam.
Took me a lot of tries, but now I also finished the last ending I locked myself out of before! :chyeah:

The remaining 3% would now only be farming masks, spools and finding enemies that I need to kill more off to finish the compendium.
But 3 of 4 endings (I did the secret one now too) done and 97% of the game.
Good enough for me! And it was great fun. I became really good in the end.

Ultra Pro Wrestling is an upcoming video game due to be release later this year that is loosely based on the AKI Studio wrestling games (WWF No Mercy, WCW/NWO Revenge, Virtual Pro Wrestling series (JPN)) that is looking epic. It's kick start even fulfilled its goals within 5 days I think.

The ingame characters again are based on IRL wrestlings with their gimmicks and appearance changed (due to avoid infringements), but get this...the DLC downloads their providing are of wrestlings IRL, from ECW, WCW, WWF/E, Indy, Legends etc.

The Create-A-Wrestler and Create-An-Event mode will give it so much reply value. You can even choose the ring to be the standard 4 or 6 sided ring.

And I haven't even touched upon the online modes yet.

If I was a bit quiet the last days. That was, bacause I had to play

RISE OF THE THIRD POWER .

And when I say, I had to, I mean it. This is one of those games one starts, and can't stop doing until the end. Because there is SUCH GREAT STORY TELLING. So much better than in most real Japanese #JRPG s – Soul Hackers 2, Trails of Cold Steel IV, I'm looking at you. Because those mentioned JRPGs have huge impressive 3D graphics and videos all over it but have not much of a story to tell. Soul Hackers 2 has totally flat characters; ToCS IV dragged the promising story line of its predecessors into a lengthy boring mess.

The Rise of the Third Power however has only 2D Graphics, not much more than what was standard back when the SNES ruled the JRPG world (think Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger, Terranigma). But holy moly, that story. Those characters. It was SUCH A JOY to play through.
Sure, if you read receptions of others some will complain about the (classical turn based) fight system (my opinion: it's totally ok, it even has depth), or the uplevel system (my stand: I loved it!) - I've seen both handled much more bad in Japanese JRPGs.
Yes, sure, it could be a bit more complex - but that is NOT what I'm interested in when playing a JRPG. I want a good gripping story, with great characters, and yes (!), Rise of the Third Power just delivers. Did I cry during playing? Yes. Not only once. And often out of happiness. When your characters have made it through some massive shit, and then there is some kind of a great rewarding situation, that makes all the pain worth it... I can't stop it, it affects me emotionally. What better can you say about a "silly computer game"?

90/100 if you ask me. Yes. That good. With so little.

Beaten story mode (second half hasn't even been released yet), the Championship mode & became current and reigning champion, and now I've eliminated every single opponent apart of the Retro Rumble meaning that this record will forever be unbreakable (until the add in more contestants in the next update (currently 16 entrants are the limit))

This is a fantastic game, but the developers seriously should've dropped the the next update long before now.

It's more of a question of whether or not there will be an update as oppose to when it that day will arrive tbh. It's not that I'm angry, but I do have to give honest criticism here. So unless there's a reason for all of the delays, I have to be disappointed that the rest of the promises made had never been fulfilled.

(Waiting for: Online mode, fully completed story mode, tag team championship titles to compete for and defend, extra dlc's characters)
