In GIMP 3.0, when you export an image you can edit the image metadata. GIMP 3.0 now supports IPTC image metadata.

I can see the Alt-Text in the jpg- file. If i understand this correctly, the Alt-Text is part of #IPTC Core standard.

About 100 loc into adapting exvi2 into one of my howngrown tools and I remember why I avoided that in the past. The #exiv2 API makes me want to sanitize by brain each time I look at its documentation or implementation.
Handling image metadata sucks, be it #EXIF, #IPTC, #XMP or anything else. However, a library shouldn't *increase* the pain.
Anyone aware of a halfway useable alternative that can be adopted/integrated into other languages? So ideally written in C or C++. Rust *might* work too.
@Pyb okkkk ! cest pas faux, le #CCSD doit s'améliorer mais #Medihal propose quand même une URL stable, une description en #XMP et #IPTC un affichage et récupération des fichiers en #TIFF et si qq'un veut les afficher en #IIIF les exports sont simples, nous avons même un chercheur retraité qui documente ses images en ligne... bref, à la #MMSH on préfère cette solution plutôt que le bazar de #Nakala ou les sites locaux voués à la #disparition
Rio Branco é capital com o diesel mais caro do Brasil
O diesel possui grande parcela nos custos operacionais das atividades de transporte ao redor do Brasil e, segundo a Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP), as transportadoras gastam, em média, 35% de seu faturamento com o abastecimento de seus veículos. Ao longo dos últimos anos, o combustível fóssil tem sofrido diversas variações que impactam diretamente não só a estrutura das empresas de transporte, mas toda a economia.
Para auxiliar as transportadoras e a sociedade, o Instituto Paulista do Transporte de Cargas (IPTC) realiza estudos e análises semanais do preço do diesel. Conforme análise comparativa da semana 17 a 23 de novembro de 2024 com a semana 24 a 30 de novembro, foram identificados alguns indicadores relevantes.
Em Curitiba, o valor do diesel comum diminuiu 2,73% (valor atual: R$ 5,70). Em Goiânia, o valor do diesel comum aumentou 2,43% (valor atual: R$ 5,89). Em Manaus, o valor do diesel S10 reduziu 2,10% (valor atual: R$ 6,53). Já em São Luís, o valor do diesel comum recuou 3,33% (valor atual: R$ 5,52). Em São Paulo, o valor do diesel comum cresceu em 0,51% (valor atual: R$ 5,94) e aumentou o valor do diesel S10 em 0,16% (valor atual: R$ 6,12).
Analisando individualmente cada capital brasileira, a com o diesel mais caro é Rio Branco, com os seguintes valores: diesel S10 a R$ 7,51 e o diesel comum a R$ 7,50. São Luís apresentou o combustível mais barato: o diesel S10 custando R$ 5,62 e o diesel comum R$ 5,52.
Segundo Thiago Fagotti, analista de dados do IPTC, na última semana, os preços dos combustíveis apresentaram pequenas variações nas capitais brasileiras. “Na última semana, os preços dos combustíveis apresentaram pequenas variações nas capitais brasileiras. Em Manaus, o preço do diesel S10 registrou queda. Em Curitiba e São Luís, os valores do diesel comum caíram, mas em Goiânia o valor subiu. Apesar das variações regionais, o cenário nacional segue estável”.

Ich brauche mal bitte eine App Empfehlung von euch: kennt jemand eine #iPad-App mit der ich Bilder von einem Speicher (z.b. angeschlossen Festplatte) anzeigen und wichtig nach der #IPTC Sterne-Bewertung Filtern kann? Die gefilterten Bilder sollen dann in eine andere App exportiert werden können. Noch bessere wäre wenn ich in der App die Sterne auch komfortabel setzen kann.
