Squat/bench/row day and YES my asthmatic ass did the full 10 minutes of #jumping after, so goal reached; the goal being 10 minutes 3x a week. Now I just have to do it again Wed and Fri. If you have not read Next Level or heard of Dr. Stacy Sims, 10 minutes of jumping 3x a week alongside #weightlifting 3x a week provides the stimulus for bone growth/retention that hormones used to provide.
