Partner tested positive for Covid (again). He’s isolating in what we like to call the gaol (jail for some of you). It’s just the formal dining and lounge rooms that we hardly ever use.
I’ve opened all the windows, I’m madly spraying Glen 20 everywhere while running two air purifiers and placing hand sanitizer in rooms and handing out masks.
No one has ever caught COVID from someone isolating in our house yet. Fingers crossed this time.🤞

Masks work.
Not had any (symptomatic or test-positive) infection since before the pandemic now.
And they're cheap. And easy (outside a few very rare medical conditions, mostly affecting people who'd really need the protection of others).
I don't understand why they're not pervasive.

(It's conceivable that I've been asymptomatic, but given how sensitive my immune system normally is and that I still test, rather unlikely.)
