:blobCat_tear: ugh.... :blobCat_tear:
Yesterday, one of my muscles starting acting up. It hurt loads. So I took a painkiller (or more...) and relaxed. It seemed a bit better but...
It was still painful when I got up.
Before the SniffBook walkies, I took my last. "heavier" oxy (10mgr compared to my usual 5) to deal with it, as I hoped that some walking would help it ease up.
And it helped. Yay!
I tried to ride my hometrainer, and that went well too. Until I got off...
Somehow, once I'm moving, it's OK enough to walk. But after I've been sitting, or laying down, for a bit... I feel like I will collapse from the pain as soon as I put weight on the muscle.
If I stumble though that, it slowly gets better again. But it keeps being painful...
I tried some exercises, and some make a silly sound when I do them. No idea what the cause of that sound is...
It's my bad leg, the one with the metal hip in it. It's been through a lot, and I hope this doesn't mean something is wrong with it... 😔
I'll try some more exercises, I'll try some more relaxing... I just wish I knew what had caused it to flare up like this.
For those into the medical names of muscles and all, I grabbed an image from the Duck bit to add to this Toot...
I feel it's either one of the adductor muscles or maybe the pectinus one... It's the inside of the upper leg, near the groin. And it hurts like... Well, enough for me to almost collapse when it does... 😔
So yeah... Here I am, wanting to get more active. And here is my body, working against me... 😢
I'm even considering getting one of my crutches downstairs, just in case... :blobcatsadpleading:
