One wonders if even THIS #SCotUS would be okay with #deporting American citizens?
When asked about the 14th Amendment ("birthright citizenship" making U.S. born slaves citizens), he suggested it "might have to be fixed".
You can't "edit" a #ConstitutionalAmendment. Prohibition (ironically, the "18th" Amendment) required passage of the (again ironically) "21st" Amendment to reverse it.
Likewise, we'd have to pass a 28th Amendment to repeal #BirthrightCitizenship. #PartyOfLincoln

What's going on with Republican lawmakers these days (new Jim Crow laws in Mississippi, sex laws in Florida, etc., etc...) is more understandable through clarity on the #PartySwitch.
Those "racist Democrats" deserted their party, and now essentially occupy a Republican Party that is utterly no longer the #PartyofLincoln.
Why do #RepublicsnsHateWorkers ? How could they jeer the #stateoftheunion full of calls to lower prices, increase wages, empower workers...
It's clear #RepublicansAreWeird and out of touch. Republicans only care about power and noise. The #PartyOfReagan or #PartyOfLincoln or however they want to cast themselves no longer exists.
